Overview

Our client is looking for a Warehouse Forklift Operative to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis. 12 weeks temp then perm if agreeable with everyone Duties: ·Load / unload freight either manually or mechanically in accordance with respective handling procedures ·Carry out bond checks and housekeeping duties ·Ensure that items of company or customer property and equipment are maintained and protected ·Place and retrieve freight in and from appropriate storage areas ·Fully comply with company handling procedures ·Fully comply with health and safety policies ·Any other reasonable duties Key Skills / Qualifications / Experience: ·Level D desirable (training can be provided) ·Good people skills ·Ability to perform within a pressurised environment ·Forklift licence essential ·Be flexible with working hours at short notice Salary £9 per hour Hours 4 on / 4 off / 4 on / 2 off rota basis Tuesday to Friday, then Wednesday to Saturday Start time 1900 - finish varies but usually the below Week 1: 05.00am, 06.00am, 04.00am, 06.30am Week 2: 05.00am, 05.00am, 06.30am, 05.00am We are only able to accept applications from candidates with previous experience for this role.
