Overview

I have an exciting opportunity for an ASB Officer, to be working for a housing association, based in South East London My client is looking for someone who will provide a dynamic, proactive and people-focused service for investigating, resolving and preventing instances of Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) across managed areas. You will be managing a workload of ASB cases, including: o Supporting complainants o Completing risk assessments o Investigating allegations thoroughly o Taking robust and appropriate action to resolve/conclude the issue The successful candidate will be an proactive, empathetic individual, with experience of working in a similar role. The role will involve: - Preparing high quality paperwork and statements for court - Attending court and evictions as necessary and representing the organisation - Utilising, deploying and monitoring CCTV & noise recording equipment, ensuring strict compliance with relevant legislation and policy - Building effective working relationships with key external partner agencies and staff to collaboratively tackle ASB and support victims and perpetrators of ASB - Maintaining the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive or personal data Interviews will take place ASAP If you have experience working in a similar role, or other housing role which has involved dealing with ASB, I'd love to hear from you This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89855830
