Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carer who is a team player with good communication skills and understands the needs of older people is required for a Residential Care Home based in Windsor, Berkshire. Experience preferred. Although full training provided. SALARY: £9.38 per hour (Weekday Rate) / £10.82 per hour (Weekend Rate) LOCATION: Windsor, Berkshire JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent HOURS: 36 hours per week Full-Time or 24 hours per week Part-Time – shift work including weekends Full Time and Part Time Positions Available All Levels of Experience Considered Full Training provided JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Care Assistant / Care Worker / Carerwho is a team player with good communication skills and understands the needs of older people. As the Care Assistant / Care Worker / Careryou will join the care team for either 36 or 24 hours a week to work flexibly across various shifts, including weekends at a residential care home accommodating 30 residents. Working as the Care Assistant / Care Worker / Careryou will ideally have previous experience, but it is not essential as a full induction and all relevant training will be provided.
