We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Support Worker to join the team in the Hounslow region. You will have had previous experience working with adults with learning disabilities and have provided leadership and mentoring in a previous role. You will work closely with the Manager and deputise on their behalf. You will be involved with supervision, 1-2-1's, and mentoring alongside supporting you customers to develop and expand their life skills so that they can lead full and active lives within the community. Location: Hounslow and surrounding areas Permanent, 40 hours per week - Actual hours will depend on the requirements of the service and the 24-hour shift pattern. This will include sleepovers, weekends and some anti-social hours £25000 per annum benefits including 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and pension scheme.
