Resourcing Advisor 3 Month FTC Manchester City Centre Paying up to £38k pro rata This is a brilliant opportunity to get exposure and gain experience in a well known business in the heart of the city centre. You will be proving comprehensive, high quality and efficient services across the company to ensure that appropriate resources are in place to match the demanding and changing needs of the organisation. Responsibilities Engaging with managers throughout the organisation to help the development of the workforce plans and identify resourcing requirements. Support the effective selection of candidates by providing expert advice in relation to the assessment of skills and behaviours. Working with key stakeholders to create effective recruitment campaigns Influence and advise hiring managers to create comprehensive and compelling role profiles Set up and attend careers events and network with relevant external partners to engage potential candidates Attracting the best talent using creative and innovative adverts and direct sourcing Provide an efficient and professional recruitment service that achieves the best resources for the organisations Help to lead, develop and manage the resourcing assistant Following the correct process and make sure that performance standards are met and efficient Pre starter checks must be efficient and in line with the process Support in the delivery of wider HR projects to contribute to the achievements of the people strategy The resourcing advisor role is undertaking IT recruitment so ideally you will need IT recruitment experience ideally internally but the client may consider candidates from a recruitment agency if they are very experienced. This project is recruiting for 40 permanent roles, so you must have a proven track record of sourcing and placing candidates within the IT & Tech space.
