Overview
An exciting opportunity has now arisen, and we are working with our client to fill a project coordinator role, responsible for ensuring all the regions are fully resourced to the projects specification, working closely with the field management team to exceed the clients expectations About The Role: Ensure all projects are effectively scheduled with appropriately skilled people to meet/exceed the Clients requirements and in the most cost effective way Put together logical and cost effect journey plans to ensure that we get our people to the optimum number of sites, to complete our clients projects on time Maintain field resource skill base and sub-contractor records Act as the main day to day contact for the resourcing of all projects that are assigned to you, working with the Project & Field Management Teams to deliver on time, every time, for the client Ensure our systems and all related project information are maintained with accurate data Effectively communicate with colleagues in the Retail Operations team and Field Management Team to keep projects on track from a delivery and cost perspective Effectively communicate with Regional Managers daily and communicate future project information Essential Skills & Experience Previous experience in planning and coordinating projects, with strong geographical knowledge Able to negotiate and arrange rates Driven, passionate, dynamic, and ambitious attitude and always go the 'extra mile and exceed client expectations About The Benefits Salary up to GBP25k DOE Flexible working hours Free parking Birthday off Employee profit share To Apply If this sounds like a role you will LOVE, please apply ASAP We aim to respond to all successful applications within 2 days.
