Overview
A manufacturing and development company in Slough are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. If you have previous experience handling customer complaints then you may be the engineer that we are looking for. As a Senior Quality Engineer you will act as the point of contact for all issues within the quality department internally and with the supply chain. You will handle all quality matters and provide solutions using continuous improvement to resolve customer complaints. Key responsibilities -Maintaining QMS -Identifying root cause and CAPA -Managing customer complaints and non-conformances -Supporting change throughout the business -Liaising with other departments, customers and suppliers What skills/ experience should you have? -Experience handling customer complaints -Root cause analysis -Continuous improvement -ISO9001 Lead Auditor (Desirable) -Engineering background -Quality Tools (Kaizen, 8D,5S, VSM etc) If you would be interested in applying for this role then the salary is £40,000 depending on experience.
