IMMEDIATE FULL / PART TIME WORK Production Operative Groton, Manchester M18 8EQ Apply now – immediate starts available for the right candidate Mach Recruitment are looking for Production Operatives to work in a large food manufacturing site in Gorton, Manchester. Working full time hours on a temporary ongoing assignment, these positions will become permanent for the right candidates. The Job Working on Monday – Friday shift basis, hours of work are AM 06:00-14:00/ PM 14:00-22:00 Temporary ongoing\temp to perm Your daily duties will include: · Candidates will be expected to pack and sort product at a fast paced busy production line. · Supporting the Machine Operators to ensure no production down time · Packing & General cleaning and tidying of your work area will form part of your job role. · To weigh ingredients and quantities in line with product specifications for production · Handling of food products therefore the necessary food hygiene standards must be adhered to at all time · To wear the necessary PPE · Prioritise tasks in order to meet customer deadlines · Ensuring Health and safety policies are followed correctly The Candidate We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: · Ideally people with production line experience within the food production industry would be preferred but this is not essential as full training will be provided. · Food Hygiene Certificates preferred but not essential, training will be provided prior reaching 12 weeks of service. · English & Maths Essential.
