Job Profile for Architectural Technician / Technologist - DW139491 Our client, a growing architectural practice are seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist to join it's expanding team. The succesful Architectural Technician/ Technologist will be working for a company that specialise in the design and delivery of a variety of projects around Cambridgeshire and East Anglia, with the ability to think creatively in a thriving practice. The successful Architectural Technician / Technologist will be based from our clients offices in Cambridgeshire. This company is growing quickly so is an exciting opportuinity for an ambitious Architectural Technician / Technologist with 2 years or more experience post graduation. This is a great opportunity to progress an Architectural Technician / Technologist's career further and work with in a busy atmosphere at a practice that are great at getting the very best out of their employees. Residential experience would be prefered as our client has a large portfolio & pipeline of exciting projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy architectural practice with a great pipeline of small to large-scale residential projects. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work at this forward thinking practice & develop their career in a busy, supportive atmosphere. Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Overview Assist with and co-ordinate planning applications Measured building survey's Working drawings package Site inspections Take part in design team meetings Liaise with Clients, Statutory authorities, design team and manufactures Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements 2 years' experience post qualification Highly motivated & strong work ethic Degree qualified or relevant qualification (Ba/Bsc or HND/HNC) Residential experience highly advantageous ArchiCAD knowledge highly advantageous Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Remuneration Salary of £24,000 - £38,000 DOE NEST pension scheme Company benefits Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
