£17 to £20 per hour (equates to NHS Band 6/7 ) | Full & Part Time Hours Available | Days | Great Benefits | A large elderly care home in Poole currently has a vacancy for an RGN, RMN or RNLD Registered Nurse to work permanent days. Details of the RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse role and what the successful candidate will receive: • A permanent contract, working flexible day shifts with full and part time hours available • Excellent rates of pay from £17 to £20 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 6/Band 7 • Paid breaks • Enhanced DBS check fee and NMC revalidation paid for • A comprehensive induction programme in addition to excellent training and ongoing development opportunities • Offering Tier 2 sponsorship if required • Staff accommodation available Duties for this RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse role will include medication management and administration, leading care assistants in the delivery of person-centred care and ensuring care documentation is up to date. Applicants for this RGN/RMN/RNLD Staff Nurse position should meet the following criteria: • NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD Nurses will all be considered • Demonstrate proven post-registration experience, ideally within a UK nursing home setting • Confident managing and implementing person-centred care plans • Good verbal and written communication skills For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
