LNR Future Solutions are advertising on behalf of a larger sized nursing home based in Staplehurst in Kent The home is situated in its own private gardens, just a short distance from easily accessible by public transport, and also provides onsite parking. It is a beautiful Victorian manor house situated in 15 acres of peaceful Kent countryside. The home offers a high standard of care to the physically frail, elderly and mentally infirm. The Home is split into two separate units – one for physically frail patients and the other cares for the elderly who are mentally infirm, in a secure environment. The Home is looking for a qualified Nurse to be flexible to work full time Applicants should be able to demonstrate good leadership skills and be committed to delivering a high quality person centered care and treatment. The successful nurse will be responsible for handling care, putting care plans together, and providing the highest level of care. The successful nurse must be flexible and committed to improving the lives of the patients, whilst offering them privacy, dignity and respect. The nurse must also be extremely organised, proactive, and be able to use their initiative to achieve the Homes goals.
