Overview
LNR Future Solutions are currently working with an absolutely stunning, renovated nursing home in Oxfordshire. The home is peaceful inside and out. The home has 3 acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens as well as having a private lake making this a relaxing environment. As well as this, the home is surrounded by natural wildlife and countryside. The home is very easily accessible via public transport and has on-site parking as well as being close to local amenities. The home specialises in Dementia, Palliative and Mental Health patients and is run by a team of friendly and supportive staff. The home Manager is eager to recruit an RGN to join their team to help care for their 35 resident’s. The successful nurse will be joining a strong team, working full time on a rotation of day and night shifts. As well as this, the home is part of a fantastic group that offers further learning and progression. The successful candidate will have the chance to progress within this home or sister homes as the home promotes learning/ further development. To apply for this role, candidates must be; RGN (or equivalent) At Least 6 months experience in a nursing home Previous experience working with Dementia/Elderly patients is desireable but not essential Have a valid NMC PIN Number Be able to work in the EU Salary is competitive and will be dependent on experience.
