Overview

Our client is looking for a Commercial Agency surveyor at senior surveyor or Associate Director to aid the growth of the Occupier advisory team. The individual will be responsible for the acquisition of leasehold and freehold commercial property (primarily offices) on behalf of Corporate clients on a nationwide basis. The ideal candidate must have proven commercial agency acquistion / disposal experience ideally having acted for Corporate Clients, be client facing with strong negotiation skills. A competitive package is available for the right individual.
