User Acceptance Tester

Avanti Recruitment are currently working with a Banking and Financial platform provider based in Skipton who are looking to recruit a UAT tester who can support and contribute to the wider business. This is a great opportunity to start working within a booming sector. As a valued member of the business you will be encouraged to put forward your ideas and contribute ways to improve the product. As a UAT tester you will be creating test plans for regression testing using tools such as Jira and will need the ability to identify, document and fix bugs. You will be expected to be flexible and able to liaise with the other members of the business onshore and offshore. As you will be working in the banking and financial space experience within this sector is essential. Essential skills/experiences: Experience within the banking/financial sector. Experience creating test plans for regression testing SDLC tools such as Jira. Great communication skills. They are offering £25,000 to £28,000 plus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and 1 extra day each year to enjoy your birthday.
