An exciting opportunity has arisen in a Legal 200 law firm for a newly qualified - 1 year's PQE residential & commercial development solicitor who is looking for an opportunity for career progression and development in a supportive environment. This established Legal 200 law firm in Southampton is looking for an NQ-1 year of PQE residential & commercial development solicitor to join a busy, recognised and expanding Property Team. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder. The Property Development Team acts for an array of clients handling commercial, landlord & tenant and commercial property development matters. You will have the autonomy and support to handle your own caseload, as well as assisting recognised partners within the firm on a wide range of high quality and complex property development work.
