Real Estate Solicitor NQ Southampton £40,000 DOE Our client's property team are highly rated in the directories and the firm is known for its friendly and collegiate approach. They now seek a top property solicitor to join their busy and growing Real Estate Team in their Southampton office. The team handle: Buying and selling investment property Landlord & tenant Development (including planning & environment) Property finance You will have good communication and organisational skills, strong academics and, ideally, come from a background with a firm that has a strong property practice. In particular those with an interest in agricultural land is preferable. You will be able to manage your own caseload and be able to evidence a confident and commercial approach to providing legal advice.
