Building Manager, Facilities Management, Property Manager, Salary up to £30,000. Permanent, North East Your new company An award winning and market leading property agent is looking for a Building Manager to manage a brand new building in their large portfolio. Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for a client facing Facilities Coordinator or Building Manager to enhance their career with a market leader. You will be managing a multi-tenanted building providing full facilities support from planned and reactive maintenance to managing relations with clients. This is a client facing role. What you'll need to succeed You will have a can do and positive attitude along with being well presented and articulate. Previous experience working within multi-tenanted buildings is essential. An IOSH managing safely qualification is beneficial. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
