Overview
I'm currently recruiting for an exciting new customer service advisor role for one of the UK's leading banks. A fantastic 6 month fixed term contract with permanent opportunities for the right candidate. Full training provided plus exciting company benefits on offer. The right candidate will be flexible and able to work on a rotational basis between the hours of 7am and 11pm. This is a full time position working 35 hours. As a customer service advisor you'll be working solely on the telephony side of the business, helping customers with general banking queries. It's fast-paced where you'll be expected to deliver a consistently exceptional service as customer satisfaction and brand reputation are everything. Previous customer service experience is ideal however our client will consider school leavers and applicants from alternative industries as attitude, behaviours and ability to demonstrate the competencies required in the role are paramount.
