Overview
Sheridan Maine are working with a leading technology business in North Hampshire who are currently seeking a Financial Accountant to join their UK Finance team. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the position will be responsible for the following duties; - Corporation tax - Preparation and review of VAT, EC Sales and various periodic returns - Consolidate and submit annual statutory accounts - Review cashflow forecasts - Overhead analysis - Oversee and manage the internal audit process - Monthly consolidated finance reports The desired candidate will have proven experience in a similar position with up to date knowledge of UK reporting standards and tax legislation. Excellent IT skills are essential as well as the ability to communicate at all levels across the business.
