Overview
Business Support Manager required for an award-winning lender in London. This short-term commercial lender now require a versatile candidate to join the small, friendly firm. This is a varied role, giving exposure to the issuing and administration of loans while providing operational support to the wider business. Operational Support: Communicate with borrowers, lawyers and valuers Perform credit searches Draft reports Organise key loan documents Office Management: Office support including answering phones and greeting guests Team PA support, including travel arrangements and diary management Attend events and meetings with borrowers and brokers Ideal Candidate: Experience/knowledge of the specialist lending market (preferably bridging) Excellent written and verbal communication
