Overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a personable and driven person who is passionate about immigration law, to become a member of a welcoming and enthusiastic team to work on immigration casework. Your work will involve undertaking a variety of cases involving issues such as Asylum, Human rights and Immigration Law The role: You will manage your own caseload while supervising others. You will be advising clients and preparing applications to the required standard. You shall advise, assess and collect relevant documents for the immigration process. You’ll be expected to undertake public immigration work and deal with legal aid application Be able to ensure a high level of service with existing clients in order to secure repeat business. Stay up-to-date with the latest relevant legislation, policy changes and changes in the law. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills Experience and Qualifications: You must be IAAS level 2 accredited 2 years’ experience with Immigration casework is preferable Management or supervisory experience
