£35,000 - £45,000 p/a Bonus – Band 7/8a Equivalent | 40 Hrs – Days | Experience Essential | Bonus package available An opportunity for an experienced RGN/Adult Nurse with a background in elderly care homes to work as CQC Registered Home Manager of a leading Felixstowe care home. The small home offers round the clock nursing care packages to older people living with age related frailties and medical nursing care needs. Details of this RGN Nurse Home Manager position and what the successful candidate will receive: • A permanent contract working 40 hours per week on flexible day shifts, with some flexibility required due to the seniority of the role • A competitive annual salary in the region of £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience, which is equivalent to NHS Band 7/8a rates of pay • A performance-based bonus scheme As CQC Registered Nursing Home Manager, you will take responsibility for the clinical and operational management of the home. This includes the effective management of staff, budgets and resources along with ensuring all clinical and medication records are accurately maintained and care is to a high standard. The qualities, experience and skills our client require in a Nursing Home Manager RGN: • NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN • Demonstrate 3 to 5 years’ experience working in at Deputy Manager level within a UK nursing home setting • Good understanding of CQC essential standards and quality requirements • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a positive and proactive approach to leadership • Well organised, with good attention to detail and a passion for providing high quality care For further details, or to apply now, please follow the link provided.
