This is an exciting opportunity for a caring, conscientious Support Worker, who is passionate about working with and supporting people. Who is willing to work various shifts, including nights and weekends. Our Support Worker's are positive role models, who nurture and care for all people in the Home, as an allocated key-worker for specific service users. We promote health and development as appropriate to the needs of each individual and maintain positive and informed responses to service users and their behavior. We provide and participate in leisure activities in line with care plans, supporting service users with education placements and work experience where necessary.
