Overview
Our children's home provides care and support to children and young people that require mental health assessment and intervention. We utilise the secure base model of Care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We have an experienced team inclusive of Mental Health Nurses. We offer therapy and education on site. The overall focus of the home is to achieve positive outcomes for young people, we do this through multi agency working, personalised care planning and creating positive attachments. As a Bank Support Worker you will be a key member of our team providing high standards of person-centred support and care to our young people. Through a creative and caring approach you will build good relationships with both service users and their families supporting them in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role so energy and initiative is vital.
