Overview

Grafton Banks Finance are working with a large well-respected commercial company with offices in Wokingham, Berkshire to recruit an Accounts Admisnitrator on a permanent basis. Working in a large finance function within a sizable team and reporting into an Accounts Manager on a day to day basis you will take responsibility: Investigate and handle queries through to resolution via the helpdesk, emails and telephone calls Deal with all calls both internally and externally in a courteous and professional manner Chasing Tenant Rent Arrears, fees, service charges and ground rent Checking and raising charges then producing invoices Updating database – Rent Increases, change of sharers Processing Landlord, Contractor payments and deposit releases Month end Quarterly reporting The successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a basic Accounting role. You must be numerate with good computer skills including Excel. You will need to have excellent communication skills both written and verbal to be able to manage relationships to chase payments and deal with queries in the lettings side of the team. You need to be able to work in a team and sole charge to take responsibility for the payments and queries and administration around this.
