Accounts Administrator - Reconciliations / Book Keeping / Cashiering Wokingham A medium-sized, established Financial Services company with offices located in Wokingham are looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to assist with the administration of client bank accounts, cashiering and reconciliations. The company manage pension schemes and associated treasury functions on behalf of large UK corporate clients. Working in this key role you will be responsible for: Preparing monthly bank reconciliations, income and expenditure reports and maintain pension scheme cash books Conducting daily banking Raising cheques and payments for pension schemes Ensuring all client correspondence is correctly recorded Working closely with other departments to ensure excellent client management Taking a strong client focused approach to work and work to deadlines and changing priorities Managing client queries, handling all associated communications and correspondence They are happy to consider varying levels of experience from graduate (business or finance based subject) through to an experienced Accounts Administrator with strong knowledge of reconciliation work within a busy accounting department.
