Your duties as Service Desk Manager will include: Managing an efficient and embedded service team of 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support Ensuring all Service Level Agreements for clients are met and work continuously for improvement Allocating, managing and improving efficiency across the ticket allocation system, ensuring urgency requirements and technical coverage issues are managed effectively Providing guidance, support and mentoring to the team to ensure they reach KPI’s Maintain strong client relationships and resolving complex technical issues when required as an active member of the service desk - leading by example You will have a background in service delivery manager developed in a service-based business. You will be client focused and be able to act as an ambassador for the company. This may require site visits. You will bring a strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructures and technologies. Knowledge in Windows Server Management Active directory and Group Policy, Exchange/Office 365, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, Networking and routing and Server Virtualisation would be valuable. Along with potential knowledge of Citrix, IP Telephony and Veeam. If you can build long lasting and profitable relationships with clients while being an effective manager of a Service team.
