The job As Technical & Quality Executive, the purpose of your role is to assist with maintaining technical and quality standards for all products according to current regulations and quality procedures plus ensure adherence of legal and regulatory requirements for product labelling and packaging. You will approve raw material and product formulations, compile technical information for labels, keep up-to-date with UK, EU and international regulations, assist in maintaining technical & quality records, conduct internal audits, investigate and respond to customer complaints and queries, complete product export documentation plus assist with training in company systems, policies and procedures. Your experience You will possess a degree in a food science, food technology, microbiology or other scientific discipline and/or have previous technical/scientific experience, preferably within the food industry in a technical/QA administration type role/. An understanding of food legislative requirements and quality management systems is highly preferred plus you will have fantastic attention to detail. A driving licence is required due to site location. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm.
