Commercial Finance Manager Based: Chorley/Euxton area Salary: up to £60k dependent on experience. Good benefits and progressive role Our client is a UK and European leader in their field, extremely well-known for providing top of the range products to both their loyal and ever growing customer base. Based from state of the art offices in South Preston, they are looking for a commercially focused Finance Manager to join the team working with the Finance Director. This role will focus on building and developing a strong finance function that is able to react to current and future business needs and changes and we are looking for someone who has a willingness to challenge current practices and bring in new ideas Role: Managing finance department including staff management , implementing new systems/procedures and ensuring policies are adhered to Performance appraisals, training and development for team and implementing training programmes Production of end to end Management Accounts and MI packs for senior stakeholders - full commentary and analysis highlighting topical areas Overseeing preparation of financial and strategic business KPI's Preparing annual budget, forecasting, cash-flow reporting and periodic reviews Ownership of sales and margin analysis, commentary on trends and variances Managing external relationships including auditors, banks, invoice finance facility Constantly reviewing business costs and improving efficiencies to mitigate those Assisting with system changes, development and upgrade projects as they arise Experience: ACA, CIMA, ACCA qualified with post-qual experience (3 year ) Strong commercial acumen and experience from a commercially focused role Comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and strong communication skills Results orientated, focused and professional SAGE, SQL, PowerBI experience desirable If you match the above criteria and looking to work in an exciting business please send your CV to be considered
