Healthcare Assistant £9.48 per hour Permanent Full Time Job Summary We are recruiting a Healthcare Assistant on behalf of one of our clients within the Enfield Area. Our client is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation that provides care, education and treatment for individuals with learning disabilities, complex physical needs and other specialist care needs. Support individuals with complex learning disabilities Support individuals with complex physical needs Work within a specialist care home environment Education, Skills and qualifications In order to be considered for the position, our Healthcare Assistant will:- Have excellent communication skills Demonstrate enthusiasm and an innovative approach to enriching the lives of others Have a desire to learn Agree to undertake an enhanced DBS check Have the ability to work well with others Be compassionate and understanding Although experience of working in a similar role within the care sector is desirable, it is not essential as we are looking for people with life experience in general.
