Overview
Morgan McKinley are looking for a Business Process Analyst on behalf of our client, based in Central London. You will be working closely with the Head of Transformation to assist the business during their growth. OVERVIEW Experience in leading workshops and driving business objectives to map efficient processes Document all processes Assist other members of the team in shaping opportunities into approval: vendor selection, business cases, business objectives Working closely with the IT and Project teams to assist in ensuring processes are delivered and rolled out as planned and designed MUST HAVE's A minimum of 3 years working a Business Analyst or consultant Experience in process design, mapping processes and documenting requirements Excellent verbal and written communication Stakeholder management A background in Financial Services industry Understands the how process change can affect employees and can be successfully implemented Knowledge of Six Sigma Morgan McKinley is acting as an Employment Agency and references to pay rates are indicative.
