Employer description: This is a family eCommerce Company that distributes electrical appliance parts nationally and internationally. Main role / Responsibilities [will include but not be limited to]: Customer Service - Telephone Customer Service - Ticketing Customer Service – Live Chat Data analysis Website content updating Liaising with suppliers Desirable skills: Customer service Strong communication skills Team player Use own initiative Personal qualities: Good attention to detail Good time keeping Willingness to learn Can-do attitude Desired qualifications: 5 GCSE’s total: English and Maths GCSE grade D or above 3x GCSE's grade A-C in any subject Working week: The apprentice will be required to work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm / 37.5hrs per week. This is including bank holidays, apart from Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day Future prospects: They is a possibility to gain a full time position once the apprenticeship is completed.
