Overview
New salon Lacquered and Stripped are looking for an Experienced Senior Hair Stylist. Lacquered and Stripped are based in the beautiful Connaught Village, just a stone's throw from Oxford Circus. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Colouring, Highlights, Cut and style and will be highly passionate and up to date with current trends. They will need to contribute to the overall success of the salon, by committing to providing colour/cut and style services at the very highest standard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to join a new venture. Lacquered and Stripped have a plan to role out a number of salons across London, with this role being a vital part of our plan. Qualification: NVQ Level 2 and 3 hairdressing or any other equivalent certificate or diplomasExperience: Minimum 6 years of working experience as Senior Hair Stylist/cut and colour technician/specialist in a reputed organisation. Skills: Cutting, Creative Cutting, Colouring & Highlights, Creative Colouring, Blow Drys, Hair Up, Hair Straightening, Hair Treatments and confident with Curly hair textures.Requirements: Creativity as a Senior Hair Stylist to develop new techniques and bring in new ideas and concepts. Managing your appointment diary.Achieving sales targets and increasing profits.Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints.Supervising and organising training.Upsell and cross-selling services and retail.Work under minimum supervision. Energetic with a positive can-do attitude.Willingness to work with a flexible schedule. Willing to accept challenges and able to meet them. Sensitive to other cultures. MUST be able to work weekends (please do not apply if not able).Fluent in English.
