Overview
New salon Lacquered and Stripped are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Brow & Lash Technician to join their growing team. Lacquered and Stripped are based in the beautiful Connaught Village, just a stone's throw away from Oxford Circus. Focusing on providing a high-end service while being fully sustainable and eco-conscious. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Waxing, Threading, Lashes, Lash lift and experience in Microblading and Brow lamination is highly favourable. They will need to contribute to the overall success of the salon, by committing to providing quality services at the very highest standard to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and unique venture. Lacquered and Stripped have a plan to role out a number of salons across London, with this role being a vital part of our plan. We will be working with an acclaimed hair, beauty and fashion photographer who will be regularly utilising our therapist's skills for photo and magazine shoots. The ideal candidate: Qualification: NVQ Level 2 beauty or any other equivalent certificate or diplomas. NVQ Level 3 preferable but not essential.Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience as a Beauty Therapist and 1 year as a manager in a reputed organisation.Skills: Waxing, Threading Individual Lashes, Lash Lift experience in Microblading and Brow Lamination is highly favourable. Requirements: Perform treatments to their highest ability.Up-sell and cross-selling services and retail.Work under minimum supervision. Energetic with a positive can-do attitude.Willingness to work with a flexible schedule. Willing to accept challenges and able to meet them. Sensitive to other cultures. MUST be able to work weekends (please do not apply if not able).Fluent in English.
