Overview
Consumer Finance / Collections Experience Audit / Compliance Experience Mobile Our clients are a fast-growing FinTech who provide a highly unique and very successful solution to the Collections & Recoveries world. This is a home-based role, travel to HQ in Surrey would be once a week - though most of your time will be on site with clients in and around the North of England, Scotland and other ad-hoc areas. We think this role would be suited to a Collections Manager or Head of Collections from a DCA or similar, looking to go into a more specialised role. This role involves visiting Suppliers and Partners and conducting suitability assessments, identifying systems and process requirements ensuring agency Compliance and driving best practise as well as conformity to regulatory standards. You'll conduct Audits on DCA's and Debt Resolution Businesses, managing Risk & Compliance, Support Business Development Projects and proactively identify areas for improvement. You'll also look over gaps in performance and identify enhancements. We're looking for someone who's sharp, experienced in working with Businesses in the 'field' or who has similar experience.
