Overview
Temporary Site Administrator job based in Chester paying an hourly rate of between £9-£10.50 Your new company You will be working for leading organisation who are highly recognised for their work within the construction industry and after recently winning an exciting multi-million pound contract in the Chester area, they require a site administrator to assist with the remainder of the project. Your new role You will be supporting the large construction site with their administration/reception and will be involved in the setup of the office function. Your duties will include but aren't limited to: Meeting/greeting site visitors ensuring all correct PPE is worn along with health and safety inductions conducted, filing of documents such as contracts/subcontracts and purchase orders, scheduling meetings, collating reports, distributing correspondence, dealing with any telephone queries and purchasing any necessary office equipment. What you'll need to succeed You will need to be a confident administrator who is able to work well independently and has experience of implementing new processes. You will have excellent communication skills in order to liaise across all levels and you will have the ability to adapt to an ever changing environment. You will be able to work well under pressure ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within the relevant time frames. Recent administration experience is essential for this position in order to hit the ground running. Construction industry experience is desirable but not essential.
