Overview
The opportunity: A newly created opportunity for an experienced Office Manager, our client is looking for someone who will grow and develop with their business and become the organisational heart of the office. They are looking for someone who can get things done, with excellent organisation skills, display high levels of initiative with an excellent eye for detail and be accountable. What you will be responsible for (not limited to): Reviewing, implementing and coordinating HR management systems, contracts, documents, policies and processes. Booking training courses for colleagues Administering all contract documents and ensuring all contracts are appropriately executed and sent to clients Responsible for the management and delivery of the IT provision Manages all company vehicles to ensure compliance Managing insurances including office/warehouse, contract works and vehicles Organising drug and alcohol tests for operatives Responsible for the phone system and all procedures surrounding telephones and telephone use Promoting employee health and safety. Supporting an inclusive and welcoming work environment. Coordinating inductions and professional development programs. Manage the fire register an fire drills Maintaining staff records and other databases and systems. What we are looking for: Essential Office Management experience Excellent communication skills, verbal and written Strong knowledge of electronic document storage Influencing skills combined with empathy and confidentiality Ability to perform under pressure Exceptional attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills Flexibility and resilience Ability to balance high workloads and competing priorities Desirable: HR experience Interested in technology Knowledge of and interest in the construction industry First Aider/Fire Marshall What we can offer you: Excellent career development and progression Collaborative team environment Autonomy Adult working environment This role is available immediately
