Work We have a vacancy for a corporate commercial solicitor to join our clients established team. The role will encompass a full spectrum of corporate and commercial work ranging from shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions and commercial contracts to start-ups and restructures in a wide variety of industry sectors. You should be able to demonstrate experience and a skill set in handling commercial work at your PQE level and have an enthusiasm for business development.
