Interim HR Advisor Your new company Are you immediately available? Are you seeking your next HR opportunity and have the ability to commit to a temporary assignment, supporting an organisation with general HR operations across a fast paced and diverse engineering business. Your new role Reporting into the HR Manager across 2 NW sites, you will take responsibility of managing all HR operations across the business. This will include: Supporting Managers with day to day HR advice and coaching Managing absence and capability across the unions Conducting investigations Driving the implementation of a new performance management programme Supporting on a variety of HR projects Updating policies and processes What you'll need to succeed The ability to commit to a temporary HR opportunity, previous HR generalist exposure and ideally in a engineering/manufacturing environment.
