Your new role Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing management accounts Managing two juniors Budgeting and forecasting Balance sheet reconciliations Improving processes and controls What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), preferably with experience of working in the Leisure & Hospitality industry, but this is not essential if you can show passion for the sector. You will be an excellent communicator with commercial acumen. You will have the gravitas to manage and motive two juniors, and be keen to progress.
