If yes then we may have the perfect role for you Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for Customer Account Agent to work for a financial client based in the Heart of Croydon. As a Customer Account Agent you will be working with customers on an on going basis, you will be receiving inbound calls as well as making outbound calls. You will work with customers collaboratively to resolve outstanding financial matters. Working Hours: Week1 - 8am-4pm Week2 - 9am-5pm Week3 - 10am-6pm Week4 - Mon 12-8, Tues-Thurs 1pm to 8pm, Fri 11am to 6pm Every Rotating Month (Week 4 you will be required to work a Saturday (9am - 1pm) Starting Salary: £18,500 per annum with up to £350 per month, this position offers uncapped commission. You will receive a 4 week training programme and on going coaching and development.
