Thames Valley based and PE backed European Pharma / Medical client are recruiting a No.1 in finance. You will sit as part of the leadership team with responsibility for hands on and strategic support to the Managing Director. It is essential you have a track record leading, developing and motivating teams. Ideally you will have experience within the Pharma / Medical sector in a leadership capacity. Full details available.
