Temp to Perm Purchase Ledger Clerk vacancy within a large and highly respected Not for Profit and Charities sector business based in Coventry. Client Details This Not for Profit and Charities sector business have an excellent reputation and have superb modern purpose built offices int he Coventry area. The business have a close knit and supporting Payable function with a Manager who is seeking someone with the same personality to become a part of the teams continued success and growth. Description The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: Accurate processing of supplier invoices Matching invoices to PO's Coding and inputting supplier invoices accurately to the system Dealing with supplier queries Completion of statement reconciliations Support with the month end closure of the ledger Profile The successful applicant will have previous Purchase Ledger Clerk experience and ideally have some exposure within a large complex business. Having strong communication and IT skills ideally SAP would be beneficial but not essential. Prior exposure to working in a large not for profit organisation would also be highly desirable.
