Accounts payable job Coventry Your new company Working for a luxury sportswear company based in Central Coventry, the company liaises and works with high end retailers. The company was established by a group of friends who wanted to mix their creative ability with a market need for sportswear. The company has been growing at a steady rate and are looking to add to the busy finance team. Your new role Working as an accounts payable, you will be reporting into the Financial Controller and be tasked with the following duties: Keeping track of payments and expenditures Bank reconciliations Payment runs to suppliers and vendors Setting up new suppliers Journal preparations Expense claim handling Cashflow reporting What you'll need to succeed You need experience with accounts payable and be able to be able to manage the department. You need to have strong communication skills as you will be speaking to suppliers and ensuring these relationships are strong and kept secure. You will also assist the financial controller with cashflow reporting.
