We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join a business undergoing through a transformation which is bringing a lot of work into their site in Liverpool. Client Details A global market leader in manufacturing, this business based in Liverpool is recruiting for a Accounts Payable Manager to join an established accountancy function and oversee the day to day finance transactions as well as monthly reporting. This company has operations across over 10 countries and works with some of the world's top blue chip companies. Description As Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for: Ensuring all supplier invoices are processed and payments are made in a timely and efficient manner Carrying out banking payment transactions Monthly bank reconciliations Managing GRIR account Supplier and intercompany account reconciliations Ensuring monthly processing and reporting deadlines are met Carrying out forex contract and hedging transactions Involvement in monthly hedge accounting closing procedures Profile For this role, you must meet the following criteria: Significant experience working in an accounts payable environment Ideally worked in an international business and have multi-currency experience Treasury management experience Ideally exposure to forex forward contract ERP system knowledge Strong Excel and reporting skills Able to work autonomously and as part of a team Strong communication skills, ideally across international locations Job Offer The successful applicant to the Accounts Payable Manager role will receive: Attractive salary paying £30,000-38,000 25 days holiday Pension contribution Free parking Healthcare Flexible working hours
