Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 Bonus Location: Aylesford, Kent A national independent financial planning practice with a fast-growing reputation are currently looking to bolster its Wealth Planning support team in Kent by adding a new Financial Planning Administrator to the business. This firm provides independent advice across a diverse range of cases including Pensions, Investments, Protection, IHT, Tax & retirement planning and are hoping to find a confident Administrator who enjoys the client focused element to their role being confident liaising and dealing directly with clients. As such, this role will be varied and would suit someone who is really looking to grow their knowledge in an independent firm and have a longer-term career in either Financial Advice or Paraplanning. With a friendly, personable team, they are keen to find someone who can fit well into the business culture that they have developed whilst supporting the firms Financial Advisors with a range of administrative support including; producing valuations, processing new business, dealing with clients in a professional, friendly manner and also continuing to develop your own knowledge. The Required Skills: R01, CF1 or equivalent would be advantageous Experience of providing administrative support within a Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm previously is desirable Experience using XPLAN software is advantageous A professional and personable communicator who is comfortable dealing with clients Strong attention to detail and a good level of numerical skills Good understanding of the FCA and how a Financial services firm operates If you are interested in hearing more about this position, please get in touch with us at Capio.
