Overview
Role: Customer Service Advisor, Permanent Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm Salary: £17,000 A fantastic opportunity to join a multinational company in an inbound customer service role. The Role: You'll be responding to day to day customer service calls and emails and ensuring that customers queries are answered and handled effectively Based in South Bristol in a modern vibrant contact centre Working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week between 8am and 6pm Full training given in a 6 week on the job training scheme Who we're looking for: If you've got great communication skills this is the right environment for you We really believe that a 'can do' attitude and bags of potential are just as important as knowledge and work experience.
