Overview

I am looking for an Architectural Technician to join a growing Commercial Design and Fit-Out Specialist based in West London. Reporting to the Creative Director you will be tasked with delivering high quality drawing packages across a variety of exciting projects. Client Details My client are a market leader in the industry and specialise in creating workplace solutions offering Design and Fit-Out of Commercial Office spaces. They have a strong pipeline of projects meaning this is a great to join them and deliver upon some exiting projects. Description You will be tasked with producing high quality Construction and Technical drawing packages in line with the Clients Brief and Design Programme. You will predominantly work across RIBA stages 3-5 in close conjunction with your Creative Director. Through both hand drawing and the use of relevant softwares including ArchiCAD, you will deliver drawing packages across multiple projects. Using a high level of communication and coordination you will work closely with the design and delivery teams ensuring your work allows projects to be delivered in a timely fashion. Profile Qualified Architectural Technician or Technologist. Experience working on Commercial Fit-Out projects would be advantageous. Ambitions to progress within the company.
