Creative Support is a national not-for-profit organisation which is looking to recruit warm and person centred individuals in your area to provide the highest standards to service users with support needs. With a strong history of over twenty years in helping individuals with a wide range of needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, we ensure that our clients enjoy opportunities for personal development and engaging within their local communities. As part of this commitment we require dedicated, motivated and warm individuals to provide care to individuals with a range of learning disabilities and autism within the Reading area. As a Relief Support Worker you will work with the people we support to provide ongoing support to meet individual needs to assist people to achieve positive outcomes for their lives.
