Essentially, we’re responsible for shaping and delivering the regulation of nuclear safety and security across the UK. We must be compliant, well-controlled, professional and secure. With your proven quality management skills, you’ll see that our systems meet standards of excellence that are recognised across the world. The role This task is a critical one. It’s essential that we develop our management system so it meets international Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) standards. As our Management System Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind sustainable improvements and delivering certification of our system against ISO9001. Influential and collaborative, you’ll raise awareness and win trust across the organisation at all levels. As subject matter expert, you’ll have the necessary skills and thrive to deliver the improvements we need. The person An experienced professional with a proven track record, you’ll have the confidence and expertise to shape our system for the future. You know how to implement, develop and continually improve management systems, as well as delivering programmes of compliance and monitoring activity, with in-depth knowledge of ISO9001. A member of the Chartered Quality Institute or an IRCA 9001 Lead Auditor (or equivalent), you’re proactive, organised and good at building relationships across organisations and at all levels. Initiative and strong communication skills are essential for the role. The rewards We offer competitive salaries at the ONR, with this role attracting a salary of £38,236 - £46,009.
